By downloading or using SSAK: Photo Cleaner (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Service Description
The App provides photo-cleaning features, including:
- Swipe-based sorting.
- Trash review and restore.
- Permanent deletion actions initiated by the user.
- Optional premium functionality via in-app purchase.
- Optional rewarded-ad based quota extension.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with applicable law and platform policies.
- Review deletion actions carefully before confirming permanent deletion.
- Not interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse the App.
4. Purchases and Billing
- In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Pricing, billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the applicable store’s terms and policies.
- Purchase restoration depends on store account status and platform availability.
5. Ads and Rewards
- The App may provide rewarded ads.
- Reward grants depend on successful ad completion and provider/network availability.
- Reward behavior may change to prevent abuse or to improve service reliability.
6. Availability and Changes
- Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued for technical, operational, or legal reasons.
- Updates may change UI, behavior, or eligibility of certain features.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App, including software, design, and branding, remain with the lawful rights holder(s).
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Access to the App may be limited or terminated for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where the App is distributed, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
