1. I accidentally deleted a photo! Can I recover it?
Yes, absolutely! SSAK does not permanently delete your photos immediately. Please go to the default Photos app > Albums > Recently Deleted. You can recover your photos there within 30 days.
2. I purchased "Lifetime Access" but features are still locked.
Please tap the 'Restore Purchase' button in the app settings or on the payment screen. This will sync your purchase history without charging you again.
3. How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled directly by Apple. Please visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund. As a developer, we do not have access to your payment details.
4. Is my privacy safe?
100%. SSAK processes all photos locally on your device. We do not upload or store your photos on any external servers.
