These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ChemViz. By using ChemViz, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you use ChemViz on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
3. Service Description
ChemViz provides chemistry-focused software features, including:
- Molecule input normalization and structure visualization.
- Chemistry problem-solving assistance with concise reasoning summaries.
- Related product/feature links, including external purchase pages.
4. No Professional Advice
ChemViz outputs are informational and may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them. ChemViz is not a substitute for professional, academic, legal, medical, or safety-critical advice.
5. Account and Access
The MVP may not require user authentication. We may modify access controls, feature availability, and technical limits at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use ChemViz for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass service security.
- Reverse engineer or misuse the service beyond applicable law.
- Infringe intellectual property or other rights.
- Use ChemViz outputs as sole basis for high-risk decisions.
7. User Inputs and Content
You are responsible for content you submit and for having rights to submit it. You grant us a limited license to process submitted content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service.
8. Intellectual Property
ChemViz, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. Except for rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.
9. Third-Party Services
ChemViz may rely on third-party services (for example, Cloudflare, OpenAI, Gumroad). Their availability and policies are outside our control and may affect service behavior.
10. Fees and Purchases
Certain features or downloads may be offered through third-party checkout providers (for example, Gumroad). Pricing, billing, refund, and payment handling may be governed by those third-party terms.
11. Service Changes and Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of ChemViz at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Disclaimers
ChemViz is provided "as is" and "as available," to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of ChemViz.
If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for ChemViz in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of ChemViz, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or if required by law.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in the Republic of Korea, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted unless a different date is stated.
